That description of the floating village is moving and fascinating. Something I didn't know existed to that extent for sure. I also didn't know Cambodia produced coffee, but since it's robusta, I guess we don't see it here.
There are certainly many challenges to living on the Tonle Sap lake. I prefer arabica coffee beans, but it so interesting to taste the various different hot & cold coffee drinks in both Vietnam & Cambodia.
